I am a Masters level counselor specializing in individual and group therapy. My specialty is rehabilitation and I maintain a private practice in Oregon City, Oregon. My focus is to help you "See Your World Differently."
I am currently serving as private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. Among my areas of expertise are post-traumatic stress, anxiety, depression, addictions, chronic pain, chronic illness or disease, grief, unresolved childhood issues, men's issues, and recurring negative thoughts. In addition to being a counselor/therapist, I have written for numerous national publications and given presentations to general audiences speaking on the topics of natural health, the psychological impact of chronic illness/disease, and the link between diet and depression.
I am an interactive, solution-focused therapist. My therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client.
